1. Information you enter into the app
Rivid Log lets you create workouts, exercises, sets, notes, and related training information. This information is stored locally by the app on your device so that you can use the app and maintain your workout history.
2. Personal information
Rivid Log does not require an account, name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use its core features. We do not intentionally collect your workout records for our own servers or maintain a user profile for you.
3. Internet access
The core workout-logging functions of Rivid Log are designed to work without an internet connection. The app may open external web pages when you choose to access support, privacy, terms, or other linked resources. Visiting those external resources is subject to the policies of the services that host them.
4. Purchases and licensing
Rivid Log may offer a paid lifetime entitlement or other purchase options. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform's store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. The platform may process information necessary to complete and manage the transaction under its own privacy policies. Rivid Log does not receive your payment-card information.
5. Backup and restore
Rivid Log provides backup and restore functionality for your workout data. When you export or share a backup, the resulting file is handled by you and by any operating-system or third-party service you choose to use for that file. We do not receive a copy merely because you create or restore a backup.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Rivid Log is not designed around advertising or behavioral tracking. We do not use your workout history to build an advertising profile.
7. Children's privacy
Rivid Log is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the app.
8. Third-party services
The mobile platform and its app-store services may collect or process information independently of Rivid Log. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
9. Data security
No software or device-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use the device security and backup practices appropriate for your circumstances.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
