Privacy Policy

1. Information you enter into the app
Rivid Dose lets you record the medications and supplements you take, with their forms, doses, and strengths; the doses you take or skip and when; where a dose was injected or applied; reminders with their times, days, and site rotations; and notes about your days and medications. This information may be health-related. It is stored locally by the app on your device so that you can use the app and maintain your dose history.
2. Personal information
Rivid Dose does not require an account, name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use its core features. We do not intentionally collect your medication information for our own servers or maintain a user profile for you.
3. Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device by its operating system. They are not sent through our servers. A notification may show a medication's name, dose, and site on your lock screen; you can turn notifications off for any reminder in the app, or change how they appear in your device's settings.
4. Internet access
The core dose-tracking and reminder functions of Rivid Dose are designed to work without an internet connection. The app may open external web pages when you choose to access support, privacy, terms, or other linked resources. Visiting those external resources is subject to the policies of the services that host them.
5. Purchases and licensing
Rivid Dose may offer a paid lifetime entitlement or other purchase options. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform's store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. The platform may process information necessary to complete and manage the transaction under its own privacy policies. Rivid Dose does not receive your payment-card information.
6. Backup and restore
Rivid Dose provides backup and restore functionality for your doses, reminders, and notes, and a Dose Journal you can print or save as a PDF. When you export, print, or share a backup or journal, the resulting file or printout is handled by you and by any operating-system or third-party service you choose to use for that file. Because these files may contain health information, keep them somewhere you trust. We do not receive a copy merely because you create or restore a backup or create a journal.
7. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Rivid Dose is not designed around advertising or behavioral tracking. We do not use your medication history to build an advertising profile.
8. Children's privacy
Rivid Dose is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the app.
9. Third-party services
The mobile platform and its app-store services may collect or process information independently of Rivid Dose. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
10. Data security
No software or device-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use the device security (such as a passcode) and backup practices appropriate for your circumstances.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
