Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of Rivid Dose. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rivid Dose on devices you are authorized to use.
3. Purchases
Rivid Dose may offer a lifetime purchase or other paid entitlement. Prices, availability, taxes, and purchase mechanics are presented through the applicable app store. Purchases are subject to the store's applicable terms and refund policies.
4. Trial and promotional access
Rivid Dose may provide trial access or promotional/offer-code access from time to time. Such access may be subject to conditions communicated with the applicable offer. Promotional access does not create a right to future promotional access.
5. Your data
You are responsible for the medication, dose, reminder, and note information you enter into the app and for maintaining backups of information that is important to you. Rivid Dose provides backup and restore tools but cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.
6. Medication information and use
Rivid Dose is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not check doses, schedules, interactions, or injection sites for safety. Medication details, doses, schedules, and site rotations are entered by you. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional, and do not change how you take a medication based on the app.
7. Reminders and notifications
Reminder notifications depend on your device, its operating system, and its settings, and may be delayed, silenced, or not delivered (for example, when notifications are turned off, the device is off, or a focus or battery-saving mode is on). Do not rely on Rivid Dose as your only reminder for a medication where a missed or late dose could cause harm.
8. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or misuse the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of Rivid Dose as the app evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivid Dose is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly required by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivid Dose and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including from a missed, late, or incorrect dose or notification, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher's place of business, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
