RIVID FUEL
Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of Rivid Fuel. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rivid Fuel on devices you are authorized to use.
3. Purchases
Rivid Fuel may offer a lifetime purchase or other paid entitlement. Prices, availability, taxes, and purchase mechanics are presented through the applicable app store. Purchases are subject to the store's applicable terms and refund policies.
4. Trial and promotional access
Rivid Fuel may provide trial access or promotional/offer-code access from time to time. Such access may be subject to conditions communicated with the applicable offer. Promotional access does not create a right to future promotional access.
5. Your food log
You are responsible for the food and nutrition information you enter into the app and for maintaining backups of information that is important to you. Rivid Fuel provides backup and restore tools but cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.
6. Nutrition information and use
Rivid Fuel is a logging and organization tool. It does not provide medical or dietary advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional nutrition guidance. Nutrition values are entered by you or, when you scan a barcode, filled in from third-party food databases (Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central) that Rivid Fuel does not control; those values may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, so check them against the package label. Calories worked out from macros are estimates. You are responsible for deciding what diet and nutrition targets are appropriate for you. Consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
7. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or misuse the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of Rivid Fuel as the app evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivid Fuel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivid Fuel and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher's place of business, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
